Investors
The development and production of green cars is a dream not only of governments and enterprises, but of people all across the world. HK Motors seeks to unite with those investors who wish to create a clean environment, and together bring forth an historical achievement.
HK Motors provides an investment opportunity and channel for investors from all around the world. Our cutting edge technology and our experienced management team will ensure the success of this endeavor.
In order to bring about the green car dream, HK Motors has created a unique immigrant investor project that allows qualified investors and their families to immigrate to the US while earning a return on their investment.
The Immigrant Investor (EB-5) Program:
EB-5 (employment-based category, fifth preference) allows foreign nationals to gain permanent resident status in the United States through investment in an American enterprise. There is an annual quota of 10,000 EB-5 visas, of which 3,000 are set aside for those investing in Regional Centers. The investor and his or her family (including spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21) will receive two-year conditional green cards. If all requirements are met, they will receive permanent green cards at the end of the two year conditional period.
There are several important distinctions between standard immigrant investment and Regional Center immigrant investment. Regional Center investors can invest legally-earned funds in a US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)-approved Regional Center project. They do not have to participate in daily management of the business and can live anywhere in the USA. The project company will provide all necessary investment-related documents to USCIS for approval.
The HK Motors investment project is located in the Alabama Center for Foreign Investment, officially designated as the Regional Center for Alabama by the USCIS in June, 2007. This project will create tens of thousands of direct and indirect jobs, and greatly impact local economic development.
